Return Period

Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and retains all original packaging, labels and accessories.


Return Process

Apply for a return: Please contact our customer service and submit the product you want to return and the purchase order details to the customer, stating the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: We will review your return application after receiving it. If it is within the scope of return, we will email you a return authorization number and detailed return instructions. If it is not within the scope of return, we will have the right to reject your return request and give an explanation.

Returning the product: Please send the product back to us along with all original packaging, labels and accessories according to the instructions provided. Please make sure to use a reliable mailing service and keep the mailing receipt for reference.

Return processing: We will inspect the returned product after receiving it. Once it is confirmed that the product meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Method: Refunds will be made to your original payment method. If you used a credit or debit card, the refund will be returned to the original card.

Return Fees: Unless there is a quality problem with the product or we sent the wrong product, the return shipping fee will be borne by you.
